Our initial venue finding research provided several informal venue options in Leeds city centre including restaurants and bars with private function rooms, hotels and exclusive use venues, in line with the client’s brief.
From our proposal the venue closest to the client’s offices was selected, and we confirmed all arrangements on their behalf. As the client’s single point of contact, we liaised with the event venue to agree booking and payment terms, including a minimum catering spend to match the client’s budget. The venue’s booking contract was reviewed by us to ensure accuracy, before it was sent on to her for signing.
Once the contract was signed we continued to assist with event arrangements such as communicating with the venue on the client’s behalf to arrange bar drinks restrictions, timings, BBQ menu selections and final guest numbers, and reviewing the finalised function sheet and invoice for accuracy.
