Established in 2003, we’re an independent venue finding agency, so we offer completely impartial advice. Collectively our expert venue finders have decades of experience, extensive industry contacts and first-hand knowledge of event venues and destinations in the UK and Europe.

We have very high standards and amazing attention to detail; really going above and beyond to find the right venues for our clients and helping them organise seamless meetings and events, however large or small.
They say, ‘the devil is in the detail’ and our comprehensive venue proposals include essential information such as location, room dimensions, capacities, whether there is daylight and air con, any special features and where catering is served, plus we’ll always send room images and plans where possible. After all, you can’t make the right decision about your venue without having the full spec of the space we’re proposing!
