We’ll do all the venue searches for you; saving you time, money and stress! Venue options will be sent in a comprehensive proposal which will have full details of the venue and space proposed together with full costings, including where we’ve negotiated added value and made savings.

We work on a commission basis with the properties we book, so we’re able to offer our services free of charge.

In return for finding you the perfect venue, we simply ask that we liaise with them on your behalf up to the point of contracting – it saves confusion. Once the venue contact has been signed, we can add even more value by being your one point of contact for your event, or we can hand you over to the venue so you can liaise with them direct.

With all venue bookings the contract is between the venue and the client and all payments are made by the client direct to the venue.
