We were asked to source an afternoon team building activity during this client’s 3-day European conference in Malaga. Delegates were from numerous European countries, so the activity needed to be suitable for all.
Having worked many times on events in Spain we were able to approach our trusted DMC for ideas and quotations for this event and negotiate great package prices. Suggestions for possible activities included ‘Andalusian Percussion’, ‘Beach Game Challenge’ and Flamenco lesson, all of which could take place in the gardens of the hotel. The client eventually selected ‘Mind Games’; a series of mind-bending problem-solving challenges which were to test the teams to their limits!
Being already involved in the organisation of the client’s 3-day Malaga conference, we were able to liaise with our hotel contacts regarding use of the gardens and beach for the various activities and the provision of drinks stations for the delegates during the event.
In the run-up to the event we liaised with the DMC to finalise delegate numbers, team selections, prizes, timings and payment, making the whole event run smoothly for the client.
A very successful team building event for the client, bringing together delegates from different nationalities and improving team interaction and communication.
