How our expert venue finders helped

This was a short-lead request for a training venue in Bristol, so we quickly sourced venue options according to the client’s brief and budget and presented our venue findings in a detailed proposal document which included location details, training room dimensions, plans and images, DDR and 24hr rates negotiated and savings achieved.

There was one outstanding venue was ideal in terms of its location and pricing, and with it being short-lead we were able to negotiate the use of a larger room at no extra cost. The client opted for this and we confirmed the venue on their behalf, reviewing the contract for accuracy before it was sent to them for signing.

As the client’s one point of contact for the event, we worked closely with the hotel’s conference department to communicate client updates such as changes in delegate names and numbers, catering timings, payment instructions and negotiating free access for set-up of the training room on the night prior.

Our accommodation management included liaising with the hotel with name changes, compiling a detailed rooming list and arranging a complimentary room upgrade for the trainer.

Once all details were in place we reviewed the finalised function sheet and rooming summary from the hotel to ensure they were accurate, before they were sent to the client for use during the training course.
