UK & INTERNATIONAL MEETING VENUES

Meeting venues come in many different shapes and sizes. Our first consideration is to find the style of venue to best suit your requirements:

Country houses
Peaceful, attractive surroundings can inspire creativity for 'brainstorming', and remote locations provide seclusion and privacy for high level meetings.

Business hotels
Conveniently located in town/city centres or alongside transport links, most hotels of all standards provide meeting facilities. Some budget 'lodge' brands now also offer scaled-down meeting facilities.

'Alternative'
For a break from the norm, some 'alternative' meeting venues also offer a range of facilities - in some cases guided tours can even be included to enhance the delegate experience.
Suitable location, style and quality are major considerations throughout the venue search process.

DELEGATE PACKAGES

Many UK and international conference and meeting venues offer delegate packages for groups of 10 or more:

Day Delegate Packages typically include:
Meeting room hire
OHP, screen & flip chart
2 tea/coffee breaks
Lunch

24-hour Delegate Packages typically include:
Day Delegate Package
Dinner
Accommodation
Breakfast

Meetings for less than 10 (or those not lasting a full day) are usually costed by meeting room hire plus catering costs.

We'll negotiate the best possible package rate for you - in some cases we can also negotiate added extras for even better value.
