If your service is free, how do you make money?
Like most event and conference venue finders, the venues we book pay us commission. This doesn't mean you pay more (far from it!) - the high volume of bookings we place enables us to negotiate exceptional rates on your behalf.

If you send me a quote am I obliged to book?
No. All meeting venue finding and event proposals are sent without obligation.

Are you limited in your choice of venues?
We're privately owned which means we are not tied to specific suppliers when finding venues for meetings, conferences and events. Our independence also means you'll receive wholly impartial advice from our conference venue finders.

How do I make payment?
Payment should always be made directly to your venue or event supplier.

What's the catch?
There isn't one! It's simply a great service and it's free of charge!
